Foundation Committees » Governance This committee participates in the recruitment of qualified individuals to serve as volunteers, committee chairs and new board members as needed to serve the Foundation. The Governance Committee also supports important management functions including Finance/Audit, Investment, Nomination, and Strategic Planning sub committees. The Governance committee is our “Human Resource Department” and meets in the district offices each month. Day and time is determined at each meeting.
